Encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), with a separate key for each account.

An email is optional, and we never ask for documents.
What we log
IDs and numbers, never what you write. API request bodies are not stored.
When you delete
A chat is erased from our database at once and its images are purged. Deleting your account destroys its encryption keys. Backups clear within 37 days.

Questions people ask first

How does billing work?

Time counts from when your session is ready and is billed per minute from your hours, at least 15 minutes a session. The session runs until you end it, stop using it, or your hours run out.

Do I pay for time I don't use?

Only briefly. If you send nothing for 20 minutes, the session ends by itself and the minutes it did not use stay in your balance. Each session is still billed at least 15 minutes. To keep it running anyway, turn on Keep my session running in Settings; then you pay for all the time it runs.

Can you read my chats?

Chats are encrypted at rest, but the keys are on our servers, so technically yes. We do not read them unless you send them to us yourself, for example in a support request, or the law requires it. Our admin tools do not show chat content, and we never train on them or sell them.

What is not allowed?

Sexual content, breaking the law, harming or harassing people, and attacking computer systems. The acceptable use policy has the details.

How do I top up?

Message us on Telegram and we add the hours by hand. A monthly plan makes each hour cheaper. We never ask for passwords or keys.
